Finančne spodbude so namenjene za naložbe v nove sisteme in mikro sisteme daljinskega ogrevanja.
Do finančnih spodbud so upravičeni tudi investitorji, ki širijo obstoječ sistem daljinskega ogrevanja ali gradijo novo kotlovnico s kotli na lesno biomaso kot vir za obstoječe daljinsko omrežje.
Razpisana sredstva bodo namenjena gospodarskim družbam in samostojnim podjetnikom.
